We want you to be absolutely delighted with every purchase from Bazta. If something isn't quite right, please let us know! If your order doesn’t bring a smile, reach out to our friendly support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. To assist you quickly, please include a snapshot of the item you received and a brief note about why it didn't meet expectations. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us make things even better!

Received a Toy That's Not Quite Right?

If your toy arrives with any minor mishaps from production or transit, please don't worry! We stand by the quality of our products. If you spot a defect or if something isn't working as it should, please inform us promptly. To make things swift, sending us a couple of photos highlighting the issue (like missing bits or noticeable flaws) is super helpful. Usually, there's no need to send the item back. Once we see the pictures and confirm the issue, we'll quickly arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.

  • What's Covered: Our guarantee covers issues arising from manufacturing and shipping.
  • What's Not Covered: We are unable to cover issues from accidents, not following care instructions, normal wear and tear, changes from sunlight, or any changes made after purchase.

Just like with general returns, please let us know about any damaged items within 14 days of receipt to ensure we can help with a replacement.

Uh Oh, Where's My Order?

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, deliveries can take a little longer than expected. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, you can request a refund or a replacement. Please contact our team, providing your order details, and we will look into it as a priority.

  • Please let us know within 2 months from your order date if there's a delivery issue. After this time, tracking information may no longer be available.
  • Refunds, once processed, usually appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

When Will I See My Refund?

Refunds will always be returned to your original payment method. After we've processed your refund, it might take a little time for your bank to make the funds available in your account. Here’s a general guide:

Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
Paypal: 3 to 5 business days

If your refund hasn't shown up after this timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider—they'll be able to give you more specific details.
